About Dr. Kulkarni
Academic Background
Dr. Kulkarni is a Distinguished Professor of Economics at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where he has been teaching since 1989. He has also served as affiliate faculty at CU Boulder, the University of Denver, Colorado State University, and the Colorado School of Mines.

Research Interests
His research focuses on macroeconomic issues and international trade, globalization and outsourcing dynamics, inflation and currency valuation, and India-related economic topics. He has authored, co-authored, and contributed to nine books and published over 160 refereed articles.
From 2001 to 2016, Dr. Kulkarni served as managing editor of the Indian Journal of Economics and Business.
Teaching
With over 35 years of teaching experience, Dr. Kulkarni is committed to helping students develop strong analytical and quantitative skills. He has mentored numerous graduate students and received multiple teaching awards throughout his career.
